Danish marine pump specialist Svanehøj has gained an order from China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding to provide fuel pump systems for 15 new build dual-fuel LNG container vessels (7000 TEU).

The 30 deepwell gasoline pumps might be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders so far. เกจวัดแรงดันคือ can be the second LNG fuel pump techniques order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has positioned with Svanehøj within the final 12 months. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to provide deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled gross sales of its patented deepwell gas pumps in 2021, and says there are many indications that sales may increase even further in 2022.
“Until a quantity of years ago, the usage of LNG as a marine fuel was limited to LNG carriers and smaller ships. But we at the moment are seeing a sharp improve in fuel pump orders for deep sea vessels such as container ships and automobile carriers,” mentioned Johnny Houmann, chief gross sales officer at Svanehøj. “We have been chosen as the supplier of gasoline pump methods for over 50% of the dual-fuel LNG container vessels ordered globally in 2020–21. And we aim to increase our market share further in the coming years.”
