Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional sales manager for North and Latin America, specializing in the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new role, Smith will strengthen customer going through initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inside teams to increase throughout the C&I house.
Smith comes to Sundyne with greater than 30 years of experience in selling extremely engineered equipment and repair options to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has labored extensively with EPCs, OEMs and finish users in the renewable vitality, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power generation markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vice chairman of sales for Fluid Sealing International, where he developed methods to strengthen & grow distributor gross sales, while additionally overseeing training and purposes assist. He beforehand served as a regional gross sales manager for EKATO Systems. Smith started his profession at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has also worked with midstream oil & gas OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
