A tragic occurrence marred the night time in Pattaya Beach on Thursday, where an unidentified pickup truck caused the premature demise of a woman lighting up the serene beach-side metropolis. The bustling city was stunned when the lifetime of 23 years previous Songkran Phadunglom was reduce brief after being caught in a hit-and-run incident that occurred within the pure sight of Pattaya’s Soi Thung Klom Tan Man 10.
Sawang Boriboon rescuers have been left with little room for hope as Songkran Phadunglom was discovered lying within the entrance of the city’s bustling avenue around 11pm. Anonymous of her neck accidents had taken an irreversible toll, resulting in her unlucky end at the very site of the incident.
“She looked peaceful, oblivious to what may be heading her way,” recalls Kotchakorn Ngao-ngam, an eyewitness who first alerted the rescue staff. “I bear in mind seeing a black pickup truck, it had a lowered suspension and appeared to have undergone racing modifications. As the truck sped away, Kotchakorn’s gaze was drawn back to the silent figure lying on the street.
